**STS** delivery
In one or several lots as full or part cargo delivered at point (DAP) one **STS** location offshore [destination] or such alternative discharge location named pursuant to clause 7.1 below (“the Discharge Location”) from Seller’s nominated vessel, MT TBN or sub, (the "Delivering Vessel") into Buyer's nominated vessel MT TBN OR SUB ("Daughter Vessel") with the estimated arrival period of the Delivering Vessel [date] ("Delivery Period").
Lightering and/or **STS** operations shall be carried out at the risk and expense of the Buyer and the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller in respect of any reasonable losses, costs, damages and claims arising out of any lightering and / or STS operations (including but not limited to any lightering vessel demurrage).
If Owners consider that the Daughter Vessel’s **STS** equipment is inadequate or unsuitable for the transhipment operation, the Seller shall have the right to engage or hire the necessary services and/or equipment on behalf of the Buyer. The costs incurred for such services and equipment will be invoiced to the Buyer and shall be paid to the Seller under the L/C
