(pré)charge initiale
On parle de (pré)charge initiale pour un ressort; il s'agit, en gros, de sa compression ou de son extension de base (initiale).
Le couple (torque) ne peut pas être appliqué directement à un ressort mais à un écrou (par exemple) qui comprime (par exemple) le ressort, ce couple produit la (pré)charge du ressort.
Enfin, Ernst nous dit: chargé intialement pour "biassed" (à noter la double écriture: un s ou deux s à biassed et biassing).
