conveyor
For conveyors with gravity take up and take-up pulley in horizontal slide:
Lower the counter weight to the ground using the winch on the counter weight tower (see ).
Release another 1 to 2 m of wire so that take up pulley slide is free to move and can be located at its minimum position.
For conveyors with gravity take up and take-up pulley in vertical slide:
Lower the counter weight to the ground using the winch on the counter weight tower (see ).
Release another 1 to 2 m of wire so that take up pulley slide is only supported by the belt.
Lift up the take-up pulley using two pull lifts to further reduce tension in the belt, taking care not to tense the take-up wire.
This is part of a manual about a conveyor.
Thanks!

spanrol

: Voor 'take-up pulley'.

spangewicht
Hetzelfde als gravity tensioner, waarbij take up hier dus tensioner betekent.

-->feed or tension ???
bandspanningsinrichting/-module (gravity take-up unit)
automatische bandopspanning (gravity take-up)

bandspanningsinrichting/-module
automatische bandopspanning,
zeg het maar, kunnen gebruiken
of ook: zwaartekrachtcompensatie
Pulleys are classified by their uses, such as the Drive pulley which drives the conveyor, the tail pulley located at the tail of the conveyer, the Take-up pulley which gives tension to the belt, and the Bend pulley which changes the direction of the operation of the belt.
http://www.roll.co.kr/eng/information/index2.htm

Hier: gravity = gewicht
The material (f) is loaded onto the conveyor at the tail-end via a chute (g) [gravity take-up at the gravity take-up unit BvZ] and is transported along the carrying-side (h) to the head-end where it discharges into a discharge chute (i) which guides the product onto the downstream equipment.
http://www.saimh.co.za/education/course01/overview.htm
