后面的threats是复数，实际上这部分句子应该是man of the VoIP application threat, of protocol threat, and of content threat, 也就是说对VoIP应用系统、协议和内容进行威胁或攻击的人。综合起来就是，你可以测出网络是否安全，但你找不到是谁在进行攻击，或找不出威胁来自何处。
