"Time setting" is used as a header of a section explaining how to set time of a wristwatch in an instruction guide.
Time Setting
1. Pull button out to Position A.
2. Advance hands to correct time.
3. Return buttun to Position B.
What would be the appropriate Chinese phrase for "Time Setting"? The translator whom I asked translated this phrase "对时刻的方法". I checked this phrase on Google and there was no hit. So I am anxious if this is right. The same goes with "Date Setting". "对日期的方法"? Please advise.
