رَسـم الحُـدُود والمسـاحة

I presume that the stumbling block here is "bornage."

"Bornage" is a French term that may still linger in some English writing. It means "demarcation," which is a surveying term that I would translate as رَسـم الـحُدُود.

ترسيم و مسح الحدود او الأراضي

Mr. Fouad Yehia really solved the problem by suggesting the french origin of "bornage".I would only like to add that ترسيم is more commonly used today than رسم and I added the word الأراضي because the word may apply to the lands as well as the borders.

الترسـيم والمسـاحة

Thanks to Yacout for the additional input.

In agreeing with Yacout's suggestion, I would go so far as to delete both qualifiers. I think this will enhance readability without any loss of meaning, especially if the intended readers are technically trained.
