The Accountant in Finance & Accounts Department, during the end of every month, prepares the Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) for the month and sends a list of receipts that are not accounted in SAP to the Accountant. The Accountant performs the BRS and identifies the unaccounted deposits and receipts and accounts the same through Journal Voucher (Parking and Posting) Route in SAP.
