Bio

I am a native Spanish speaker from Spain. I translate and proofread from English to Spanish, and from Catalan to Spanish. I am also a consecutive and simultaneous interpreter.

After having lived for an extensive period of time in an English-speaking country (27 years in the USA) and received many years of my education in English, I consider myself to have a near native level of English. My background has also allowed me to gain a thorough knowledge of U.S. culture and language peculiarities. I have a bachelor's degree in Spanish, and I obtained the Health care Interpreting and translator's Diploma in 2003. I love to read in Spanish, catalan and English, which is great in order to keep up to date with the languages and culture.

When translating I am very detailed, conscientious and I always deliver my work on time.
