I have a diverse background and extensive experience in interpretation and translation services. I have worked in various sectors, both in person and virtually, providing interpretation services for social and immigration services, energy, government, medical, businesses, banking and finance, NGOs, and more. 

When it comes to translation, I have translated numerous documents using popular computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools such as Wordbee, Wordfast, meme source, and others. These tools help ensure accuracy and efficiency in my translation work.

As an Over-the-Phone Interpreter (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreter (VRI), I have successfully handled and serviced numerous phone calls. I have worked on-demand through various platforms and have experience using conference platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Teams, Google Meet, and others to provide interpretation services.

In terms of language proficiency, I am highly proficient in English, French, and Kinyarwanda/Kirundi. English and French are both at an excellent level, while Swahili and Kinyarwanda/Kirundi are at a native proficiency level.

I have obtained certifications to further validate my skills and expertise. I hold a 40-hour medical/community interpretation training certificate from Cross-Cultural Communications. Additionally, I have language proficiency test results for French, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, and Kirundi, showcasing my language competency.
