The biggest question for me, however, would be about where the full matches are coming from. If they were from a TM that is populated with my own translations, I'd be OK with the 10% rate.
I sympathize completely, Phil. Dealing with such nonsense from unqualified reviewers can be a real drag on an otherwise healthy business relationship.
