- Grupno mišljenje označava način mišljenja kod kog svaki član grupe svoje mišljenje prilagodjava ranije definisanom ili samo pretpostavljenom mišljenju grupe. Iz ovog mogu nastati situacije da grupa odobrava postupke ili kompromise koje bi svaki član grupe pojedinačno u normalnim uslovima odbio. Grupno mišljenje je izuzetno nepoželjno u organizacijama, jer rezultira lošim, nerealističnim odlukama.
Grupno mišljenje je česta pojava, naročito u velikim, a slabo strukturisanim organizacijama.
