Here are some projects I'm especially proud of:

Ongoing translation, proofreading, and testing project for a global finance and HR platform
My two colleagues and I take care of platform-related project management, translation, editing, QA, and proofreading on a daily basis.

Estonian subtitles for The Juice Media videos
An ongoing pro bono project to spread awareness and bring their messages to the Estonian public. In time, I aim to provide Estonian subtitles for all their videos. The first Estonian subtitles are now up and new ones keep rolling out.

Power plant equipment manuals for an Estonian energy company (33 000 words)
Various user manuals related to energy production and transfer equipment

Workplace safety texts for AGA Gas (54 000 words)
Internal documents regulating workplace safety; PPE, codes of conduct, checklists, inspections, etc.

„Second European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER-2)” for EU-OSHA
My task was the proofreading and adjudication of two separate translations, merging them into the best possible version.

The Google Voices project
The project lasted 4 months, included around 200 phone interviews, translating, subtitling, and copywriting.

Peugeot NDP project
During the 10 months of the project, Peugeot web page was localized into Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian. My tasks included project management, conducting and organizing Skype meetings, translation and proofreading, and quality control.

Glass factory project
Over the course of 5 months, I fulfilled several roles helping a local Estonian subsidiary of a multinational glass production company from USA. My tasks included translating, proofreading, quality control, and the creation, syncing, and systematizing of terminology.

EU Fundamental Rights Survey
My task was the proofreading and adjudication of two separate translations, merging them into the best possible version. Terminology work also included.

Fight against female discrimination project
I had the pleasure of helping the Directorate General for Cooperation/Aid to Development of the European Commission, translating subtitles for a video on female discrimination.

Aluminum provider project (30 000 words)
Over the course of several months, I was responsible for translating the web page of an international, industry-leading aluminum provider, who is present in the whole value chain of aluminum, starting with the mining and refining and ending with tailor-made aluminum products and recycling. Extensive terminology work included.

The Ford SYNC Emergency Assistance Call Taker Training project
Seldom have I had a chance to have such an important effect on public safety than with this translation. Emergency Assistance is an innovative SYNC® feature that uses a Bluetooth-paired and connected mobile phone to help vehicle occupants initiate a direct call to the local 112 Communication Center following a vehicle crash event.
