Source text - English According to Ayurveda, poor digestion due to consumption of unhealthy foods and bad eating habits is the root cause of almost 90% of diseases in human beings during their lifespan.
Bad digestion generates toxic food waste in our body called Ama ( ) in Ayurveda.
This Ama, or toxin, enters the blood stream and contaminates it. Even if 0.1% of it mixes with pure blood every day, overtime, it compounds and eventually turns your blood acidic. This impure blood in Ayurveda is called Rakta Dosha [ ].
This toxic or acidic blood travels to a woman's delicate reproductive organs, especially ovaries and hinders the natural egg growth. These immature eggs get trapped inside the ovaries itself and form cysts. This process silently repeats itself every month, leading to multiple cysts, increasing the ovary's size and making it bulky. This phenomenon is commonly called Polycystic Ovarian Disorder or PCOD. It not only disrupts the functioning of the ovaries, but also causes hormonal imbalance and decreases the chances of conceiving.
And it is not just women who are affected by Rakta Dosha but men’s reproductive system is also similarly affected. Health issues like poor sperm quality, low sperm count, reduced sperm motilityand improper sperm structure are caused because of toxic blood or Ama, which drastically reduces the chances of pregnancy.
So, what’s the permanent solution? Just 2 simple steps.
1. Flush out toxins or Ama to purify your blood. This helps you get back to your default settings, which you were born with.
2. Prevent the addition of new toxins or Ama in your system, so that PCOD or sperm abnormalities are resolved for life.

यह विषाक्त या अम्लीय रक्त महिलाओं के कोमल प्रजनन अंगों, विशेषकर अंडाशयों में पहुंचकर प्राकृतिक अंडाणु विकास में बाधा डालता है। ये अपरिपक्व अंडाणु अंडाशय में फंस जाते हैं और सिस्ट बनाते हैं। यह प्रक्रिया हर महीने चुपचाप होती रहती है, जिससे अंडाशय का आकार बढ़ता जाता है और यह भारी हो जाता है। इसे पॉलिसिस्टिक ओवेरियन डिसऑर्डर या पीसीओडी (PCOD) कहा जाता है। यह समस्या न केवल अंडाशय के कार्य को खराब करती है, बल्कि हार्मोनल असंतुलन लाती है और गर्भधारण की संभावना को भी कम करती है।
रक्त दोष से केवल महिलाएं ही नहीं, बल्कि पुरुषों का प्रजनन तंत्र भी प्रभावित होता है। खराब शुक्राणु गुणवत्ता, कम शुक्राणु संख्या, धीमी शुक्राणु गतिशीलता और अनुचित शुक्राणु संरचना जैसी समस्याएं विषाक्त रक्त या अमा के कारण होती हैं, जिससे गर्भधारण की संभावना काफी कम हो जाती है।
तो स्थायी समाधान क्या है? केवल 2 आसान कदम:
1. विषाक्त पदार्थों या अमा को निकालकर अपने रक्त को शुद्ध करें। यह आपको अपनी प्राकृतिक स्थिति में वापस लाता है।
2. आपके शरीर में नए विषाक्त पदार्थों या अमा को जोड़ने से रोकें, ताकि पीसीओडी (PCOD) या या शुक्राणु की समस्याएं हमेशा के लिए ठीक हो जाएं।
