Bio
Dear Colleagues,

Let me introduce myself - my name is Elena Zenkovska. I have translation experience since 2004.
I have graduated Warsaw University, Poland in 2008 as a master of political science, specialized in political marketing. During my studies, I've spent quite a long time working for big Ukrainian travel company, and then international clinical research company as translator, editor and copywriter. I also have an experience of working for international HR company. For the last year and a half I've been working for large Ukrainian company, which specializes in distributing machines, spare parts and accessories for food industry companies as import manager.
My main languages are Polish and English.
Due to my work experiences, my main fields of specialization are versatile:
- Polish-English-Russian/Ukrainian (in all combinations) translation of manuals, technical documentation including spare parts catalogues
- Polish-English-Russian/Ukrainian (in all combinations) translation of medical documents, including medical law documents (e.g. informed consent). The company was situated in Poland, the central office was located in Belgium and researchers, MDs and patiens were mainly from Baltic countries and former USSR, that’s why all documents for national and ethics committees, as well as all documents for patients had to be translated in all mentioned languages.
- -English-Russian/Ukrainian (in all combinations) translation of CVs, application letters and related documents.
- Polish-English-Russian/Ukrainian translation of articles, books and essays of social science related topics – connected with studies.
Above professional and educational matters, I have experienced translating different documents of the following topics:
- software and other IT related;
- accounting and financial reports, etc;
- movie and cartoon subtitles. Terms of cooperation:
- price, terms of work, format, payment details are always established before the translation is done.
- I always follow principles of decency and precision – You will never receive half-finished, not proof-read or delayed translation.

I believe that reputation cannot be bought, it can only be earned, so I do my best to prove it.
