Linguistic review of translated online slideshows on cars, ongoing

We are looking for native speakers of Dutch with an interest in cars, as well as perhaps planes and other motorised vehicles.
- You are not necessarily a journalist or a translator, but you will certainly have a healthy grasp of well-written content.
- The job is to review the translated text (in Dutch) associated with a series of online slideshows for a motoring brand. They vary in length but on average contain 20 slides with around 100 words per slide.
- Please note this is not an MTPE job – we do not require a granular improvement of the translation, although access to the original English will be provided. The review is to fix objective errors of terminology and language in the newly translated content, with a journalistic eye.
- Any changes will be made in the client’s Content Management System – necessary training will be provided.
- Payment will be by the hour – the typical slide show described above will take about 1.5 hours. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR EXPECTED HOURLY RATE WITH YOUR RESPONSE.
- Throughput per month will vary but you can expect 10 to 20 each month. Expected turnaround is 48 hours, although occasionally urgent requests could need a 6-hour turnaround. This job is ongoing, so we are looking for at least two people to fulfil the role to ensure cover for absences. The work will start within one week.
