I have an administrative
computing degree from a Mexican University; my native language is Spanish. I have
worked in a bank systems department attending and giving support to the users
requesting about the system security.

I have
experience on catalogs, brochures, manuals, and user guides translation related
to measurement equipment from the English to Spanish and vice versa.

I was working
as an administrative and sales supervisor in a measurement equipment company.

I have knowledge
on ISO 9001, 27001, and 20000 standards, and it makes to perform me as an internal
auditor of those standards.
