Source text - Portuguese A prevalência do Diabetes Mellitus (DM) em jovens e adolescentes vem se apresentando com maior freqüência nas últimas décadas associado aos fatores da globalização, que envolve estilo de vida e hábitos alimentares. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi conhecer as orientações do enfermeiro com o paciente adolescente portador de Diabetes Mellitus tipo 2. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, realizada através de revisão bibliográfica. Foram selecionados 20 artigos científicos junto ao Google Acadêmico, Ministério da Saúde e Sociedade Brasileira de Diabetes, no período de 2006 a 2014, utilizando-se as seguintes palavras-chaves: Diabetes Mellitus tipo 2, adolescente, prevenção de doenças, enfermagem. Na revisão de bibliográfica, verificou-se que os jovens têm comportamentos um tanto conturbados devido à faixa etária, mudanças hormonais, sexualidade, personalidade, dentre outros fatores, e quando esses são associados a uma patologia de caráter crônico pode se tornar difícil a aceitação do adolescente ao tratamento. A orientação é uma das ações de maior impacto para o adolescente e sua família. Ao final desta pesquisa pode-se constatar os efeitos que o diagnóstico de DM pode representar na vida dos jovens até que ele entenda e aceite sua nova condição de portador de uma doença crônica e perceba que pode ter uma vida saudável mesmo com as restrições e limitações que se impõem. O papel do enfermeiro é fundamental no acolhimento e no esclarecimento sobre a doença. Com as orientações de enfermagem, a família pode ser envolvida e colaborar com o jovem para que este aceite e tenha adesão ao tratamento.
Translation - English The prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in young people and teenagers has been appearing more frequently in recent decades due to globalization factors, which involves lifestyle and eating habits. The purpose of this research was to learn the nurse’s orientation towards the young patient with Diabetes Mellitus type 2. This is a descriptive research developed through literature review. Twenty articles in Academic Google, Health Ministry and Brazilian Society of Diabetes published between 2006 and 2014 were selected, using the following keywords: Diabetes Mellitus type 2, teenager, disease prevention and nursing. In the literature review, it was found that young people have such troubled behavior due to their age group, hormonal changes, sexuality, personality, among other factors, and when these factors are associated to a chronic pathology, the teenager acceptance to treatment can be hard. Orientation is one of the most impacting actions to the youth and his family. At the end of this research, it was found that DM diagnosis may bring relevant effects to the youth’s life until he understands and accepts his new condition of a bearer of chronic disease and realizes he can live a healthy life even with the restrictions and limitations the disease may bring. The nurse’s role is essential for the bearer’s reception and for his clarification as well. After having the nursing orientation, the family can be involved and cooperate with the youth, enabling his adherence to treatment.

PEREIRA, Luis Fernando Costa. Hábitos e consumo alimentar de usuários de serviços de saúde com e sem doenças crônicas não transmissíveis. Ribeirão Preto, 2018. 70f. Dissertação (Mestrado) – Escola de Enfermagem de Ribeirão Preto, Universidade de São Paulo, Ribeirão Preto, 2019. Conhecer os hábitos e o consumo alimentar da população é um dos pilares para a prevenção e o tratamento das Doenças Crônicas Não Transmissíveis (DCNT). Para tanto, realizou-se um estudo quantitativo, transversal e observacional no município de Ribeirão Preto – SP, no período de 2017 a 2018. Esse estudo teve como objetivo comparar os hábitos e consumo alimentar dos usuários dos serviços de saúde com e sem DCNT, em uma cidade do interior paulista. A amostra foi constituída por 719 indivíduos que foram entrevistados utilizando um questionário contendo as variáveis sociodemográficas, variáveis clínicas e, hábitos e consumo alimentar. Considerou-se hábito alimentar saudável o indivíduo que faz pelo menos três refeições principais ao dia, não ter o hábito de assistir programas de televisão e ou manejar o celular durante as refeições, consome dois litros de água por dia e não utiliza tempero industrializado. O consumo alimentar saudável foi categorizado de acordo com a frequência semanal, segundo o Protocolo do Sistema Nacional de Vigilância Alimentar e Nutricional. Para a análise estatística utilizou-se o programa Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SSPS) for Windows. Para análise entre os grupos com e sem DCNT foi utilizado o teste de qui-quadrado de Pearson e adotado o nível de significância de 5%. Dos 719 participantes, 504 (70,1%) referiram ter DCNT e 215 (29,9%), não. Houve predomínio do sexo feminino 512 (71,2%), a idade variou de 35 a 59 anos para 293 (40,8%), 339 (47,1%) eram casados ou em união estável, 293 (40,8%) tinham ensino fundamental incompleto, 194 (27,0%) pertenciam à classe econômica C1 e 312 (43,4%) encontravam-se empregados. A metade dos participantes, 252 (50,0%) tinha doenças circulatórias e 234 (46,4%), hipertensão arterial sistêmica. No que se refere ao hábito e consumo alimentar houve semelhança entre os grupos com e sem DCNT. A maioria 587 (81,6%) dos participantes não segue a dieta, 642 (89,3%) não receberam orientação nutricional por profissional, 616 (85,7%) realizam as refeições em casa, 474 (65,9%) preparam as refeições em casa e menos da metade 240 (33,4%) realiza três refeições ao dia. A maioria 569 (79,1%) não faz uso de adoçantes,
411 (57,2%) não faz uso de tempero industrializado e 446 (62,0%) tem o habito de assistir televisão ou fazer o uso do celular durante as refeições. Menos da metade 340 (47,2%) consome de um a dois litros de água por dia. Ao analisar hábito alimentar saudável relacionado às variáveis sociodemográficas e clínicas, encontrou-se relação estatisticamente significante com a idade, o estado civil e a ocupação (p≤0,001) e ter ou não DCNT (p≤0,044). No que se refere ao consumo alimentar semanal houve predomínio das respostas em relação ao consumo de salada crua, legumes e verduras, frutas, feijão, leite e derivados, sendo que a média variou de 3,6 a 5,5. Para os alimentos, tais como batata frita, hambúrgueres, bolachas salgadas, doces e refrigerantes a média variou de 0,1 a 2,5. O consumo saudável foi relacionado à idade e estado civil (p≤0,001), classe econômica (p≤0,027) e ocupação (p≤0,005). Pode-se concluir que os hábitos e o consumo alimentar dos participantes com e sem DCNT não apresentaram diferenças na sua distribuição. No entanto, deve-se considerar a idade, o estado civil, a classe econômica, a ocupação nos programas educativos para a promoção do consumo alimentar saudável. Reconhece-se que indivíduos com DCNT têm necessidades especificas em relação ao consumo de alimentos para o tratamento da doença, e essas devem ser consideradas para a formulação de políticas públicas de saúde e no que tange a mudança de comportamento.

Getting to know the population’s habits and food consumption is one of the pillars for prevention and treatment of Chronic Non-communicable Diseases (CNCD). For this reason, a quantitative, cross-sectional and observational study was developed in the city of Ribeirão Preto (São Paulo), during 2017 and 2018. This study aimed to compare the habits and food consumption of the health service users with and without CNCD in a city in the countryside of the state. The sample consisted in 719 individuals who were interviewed through a questionnaire with sociodemographic and clinical variables and food consumption. Healthy eating is considered to be the individual who has at least three main meals a day, does not have the habit of watching television programs, does not use the cell phone during meals, drinks two liters of water a day and does not use industrialized condiments. The healthy food consumption was categorized according to the weekly frequency, following the Brazilian Protocol of National Food and Nutrition Surveillance System. For statistical analysis, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SSPS) for Windows was used. For analysis among the groups with and without CNCD, Pearson’s chi-squared test was used and the significance level considered was 5%. From the total of 719 participants, 504 (70,1%) claimed to have CNCD and 215 (29,9%) did not. Most of them were female: 512 (71,2%), age range varied from 35 to 59 years old among 293 (40,8%), 339 (47,1%) were married or were in a stable union, 293 (40,8%) did not complete elementary school, 194 (27,0%) belonged to C1 economic class and 312 (43,4%) were employed. Half of the participants, 252 (50,0%) had circulatory diseases and 234 (46,4%) suffered from systemic arterial hypertension. Regarding to habits and food consumption there were some similarities among groups with and without CNCD. Most of them 587 (81,6%) did not follow any diet plan, 642 (89,3%) did not have any professional nutritional orientation, 616 (85,7%) had meals at home, 474 (65,9%) handmade their own food at home and less than half 240 (33,4%) had three meals a day. Most of them 569 (79,1%) did not use any kind of sweetener, 411 (57,2%) did not use industrialized condiments and 446 (62,0%) had the habit of watching
television and managing the cell phone during meals. Less than half of them 340 (47,2%) drank from one to two liters of water a day. When analyzing healthy food consumption related to sociodemographic and clinical variables, significant statistics related to age range, marital status, occupation (p≤0,001) and having CNCD or not (p≤0,044) were found. Regarding to weekly food consumption, there was a predominance of answers related to the consumption of raw salad, vegetables, fruit, beans, milk derivatives, and the average varied from 3,6 to 5,5. For other food, such as French fries, hamburgers, biscuits, candies and soda, the average varied from 0,1 to 2,5. The healthy consumption was related to age range and marital status (p≤0,001), economic class (p≤0,027) and occupation (p≤0,005). It can be concluded that the habits and food consumption of participants with and without CNCD did not show differences on its distribution. However, age range, marital status, economic class and occupation must be considered in the educative programs for the promotion of healthy food consumption. It is concluded that individuals with CNCD have specific needs when it is about food consumption to the treatment of the disease, and these ones have to be considered for the health public policy making and regarding to behavior change.

O objetivo deste trabalho é mostrar como os estilos de liderança interferem na satisfação dos trabalhadores, de modo a aumentar a produtividade da empresa. A satisfação é a atitude geral do trabalhador quando se trata do seu trabalho, o estilo de liderança é um dos fatores que influencia a satisfação de trabalhadores, assim como a cultura e o clima organizacional. Ao se medir a satisfação do trabalho deve-se considerar as facetas comuns da satisfação no trabalho, como a supervisão que é o estilo de liderança adotado pela empresa. Trata-se de pesquisa do tipo explicativa, pois procurou esclarecer como o estilo de liderança favorece a satisfação de colaboradores, descritiva porque expos os estilos de liderança, as facetas que interferem na satisfação de trabalhadores e na produtividade, exploratória porque o estudo está circunscrito a uma realidade ainda não explorada, bibliográfica com base em estudos nas publicações teóricas e estudo de caso na empresa Shop do Metal situada na cidade de Franca - SP, cujos correspondentes foram todos os funcionários que responderam a questionário com dados tratados de forma quantitativa, os dados coletados denotam que o estilo de liderança afeta sobremaneira a satisfação de colaboradores, assim como o seu comprometimento com os objetivos e metas da organização.

Translation - English ABSTRACT
This Project aims to show how the different types of leadership can interfere with the workers’ satisfaction, increasing productivity in the company. Satisfaction is the general attitude of the worker when it is about their job. The leadership style is one of the factors that influences the workers’ satisfaction, as well as the culture and organizational environment. When measuring the work satisfaction, one should consider the common satisfaction facets at work such as supervision, which is the leadership style adopted by the company. This research is considered an explanatory one because it shows how the leadership style can favor the workers’ satisfaction; a descriptive one because it exposes the leadership styles and the facets that interfere on workers’ satisfaction and productivity; an exploratory one because the study is circumscribed to a still unexplored reality; a bibliographic one for being based on studies about theoretical publications and on case study at Shop do Metal, a company from Franca – SP, whose correspondents were the employees who answered the questionnaire with quantitatively collected data. The collected data denotes that the leadership style affects especially the workers’ satisfaction, as well as their commitment with the aims and goals of the company

Source text - Portuguese RESUMO O abuso sexual intrafamiliar é um tema que está presente na vida de grande número de crianças e adolescentes. Compreendendo que o assunto é de extrema delicadeza, complexo e enredado em uma trama familiar onde pode haver situações de segredo e negação é importante buscar compreender como se dá o fenômeno. Diante do pressuposto foi feito um levantamento bibliográfico em sites, artigos, livros, entrevistas e noticiários para que pudesse ter embasamento. Foi feito uma breve trajetória da história da criança e criação dos direitos da criança e adolescente, tais como as possíveis situações e condições em que ocorre o abuso, e sobre os instrumentos que são usados na perspectiva de garantir a defesa dos direitos da criança e adolescente. O estudo foi pautado nas possibilidades de enfrentamento que o assistente social teria no âmbito escolar, articulado com outros profissionais e a importância desse profissional no ambiente escolar por se tratar de um espaço efetivo para a formação da cidadania, aprendizado e por ser o local em que a criança e o adolescente passa maior parte do tempo, é na escola que a criança estabelece seu primeiro vinculo social, se tornando o ambiente mais adequado para prevenção, identificação e proteção. Contribuindo assim para um estreitamento dos vínculos entre alunos, família e estado com o intuito de promover conhecimento para a identificação do abuso no âmbito familiar que é a maior incidência dos casos de abuso sexual infantil intrafamiliar. Translation - English ABSTRACT
The intrafamily sexual abuse is a very present subject in the life of many children and teenagers. Understanding that the theme is extremely delicate, complex and entangled in a familiar plot in which there may be situations of secret and denying, it is important to look for comprehension of how the phenomenon occurs. Under the assumption, a bibliographic survey was made in websites, articles, books, interviews and newscasts so that it could be grounded. A brief trajectory of the child was made and so did the creation of the rights of children and teenagers, such as possible situations and conditions for the abuse, and also the tools used for ensuring the defense of the rights of children and teenagers. The study was guided on the possibilities of scenarios that the social service assistant might face at the school setting, articulated with other professionals and the importance of this professional at school environment, for being an effective space for the formation of citizenship and learning, and also for being where children and teenagers spend most of their time. At school children establish their very first social bond, making this the best place for prevention, identification and protection. Thus contributing to the strengthening of the bonds between students, family and the state, in order to promote knowledge to identify the abuse at family setting where the highest incidence of cases of infrafamily sexual abuse occurs.

, Lilacs e BVS, totalizando 19 referências. Verificou-se que o serviço édividido em três grandes grupos: auditoria prospectiva ou pré-auditoria, auditoria concorrente eauditoria retrospectiva. A auditoria de enfermagem tem mostrado sua importância no cenáriohospitalar e nas operadoras de planos de saúde, no tocante à redução de custos. Por ser uma áreade atuação relativamente nova, ainda não é possível encontrar muitos profissionais especializadosou qualificados, seja por falta de informação em relação a essa especialidade, ou falta de acesso acursos de especialização na área. Para um serviço de auditoria fidedigno, é necessário que oenfermeiro tenha conhecimento das normas da instituição, dos contratos dos prestadores, além daslegislações vigentes. Conclui-se que o enfermeiro auditor pode reduzir expressivamente asdivergências encontradas nas contas hospitalares além de minimizar os custos, conciliando aqualidade do cuidado prestado à sustentabilidade do serviço.

Paulista de Enfermagem. The field is dividedinto three big groups: prospective audit, also called as pre-audit, competitor audit and retrospectiveaudit. The nursing audit has shown its importance in the hospital scenery and in the health planoperators in terms of cost-cutting. As long as it is a relatively new field, it is still hard to find qualifiedprofessionals, both because of lack of information related to this specialty, and also lack of access tospecialization courses in this field. For a reliable audit service, the nurse must have knowledge of therules of the institution, the providers’ contracts and the current laws. Therefore, the auditor nurse canclearly reduce the divergences found on the hospital costs, apart from reducing costs, conciliatingquality of the provided care to the sustainability of the service.
