Source text - Spanish Se comunica que la única tasa debida por Ley a la Cámara de Comercio es la que anualmente establece el Decreto Ministerial emitido por el Ministerio del Desarrollo Económico de acuerdo con el Ministerio de Economía y de Finanzas.
Están obligadas al pago las empresas que el 1 de enero de cada año están inscritas o anotadas en el Registro Mercantil de acuerdo con el art. 8 ley n. 580/1993, modificado por el D.Leg 15.2.2010 N.23, así como las empresas inscritas o anotadas en el Registro Mercantil en el curso del año de referencia.
Se recuerda que es posible pagar lo debido por la tasa anual con posibles créditos que se tengan por otros pagos (impuestos y/o contribuciones) y que el importe del derecho es divisible según la duración de inscripción en el año.
Para las empresas inscritas o anotadas en la sección especial del mencionado Registro y para los sujetos REA, la tasa anual se debe en medida fija mientras que para las empresas inscritas en la sección ordinaria es en proporción al volumen de negocios. Los importes de las tasas en cantidad fija y las alícuotas del volumen de negocios son determinados cada año por el Ministerio del Desarrollo Económico y se pueden consultar en la página web de esta Cámara de Comercio www.lo.cam.com.gov.it bajo “derecho anual”.
El pago de la tasa se llevará a cabo en una sola vez y exclusivamente a través del modelo de pago unificado F24 telemático, ya utilizado para el pago de los impuestos sobre la renta.
Los sujetos que ya estén inscritos el 1 de enero, abonan la tasa anual dentro del plazo previsto para el pago del primer anticipo de los impuestos sobre la renta. Las empresas que se inscriben después de este término, realizan el pago con modelo F24 telemático dentro de 30 días a partir de la presentación de la solicitud de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil.
Cabe recordar que, a partir del año 2001, las Cámaras de Comercio han dejado de emitir recibos de Cuenta Corriente de Correos para el pago del Derecho Anual. Por lo tanto, se recomienda desconfiar de entidades y organizaciones que piden sumas para inscripciones en registros, colegios, listas, etc. totalmente ajeas a la Cámara de Comercio.
Cabe recordar, además, que de acuerdo con el art. 24 C. 35 de la Ley 27/12/1997 n. 449, para las empresas que a partir del 1 de enero sucesivo al vencimiento anual no hayan pagado la tasa debida a esta Cámara de Comercio, está prevista la inhibición para expedir el certificado.

Writing for the web is not the same as writing for print. End-users who use the intranet are usually looking for specific information. You need to make it easy for them to find what they want.
Write a catchy but clear title:
The title of your intranet article is extremely important. It’s the first thing end-users will notice. They’ll decide whether to read your writing or not based on the title. The first 2 to 3 words of your title are the most important. A well-written title also helps the intranet return relevant search results.
Write a useful introduction or summary:
Next to the title, your first paragraph is an important factor to whether or not end-users will read the rest of your writing. Write like a journalist.
Your readers are in a hurry, so go ahead and put your key points up front, like a journalist does. Get straight to the point instead of burying it in paragraphs of text. Instead, state your most important statements in the beginning, then follow with supporting points.

No one should ever post or republish content (including documents i.e. policies) that is owned by others. If you want to incorporate someone else's content into your site, the correct way to do so is by linking to it and/or by carefully summarising it and providing attribution. Put the most important content towards the top-left part of the page. This is where readers will “land” visually when they get to the page. INTENDED USE
The hCG One Step Pregnancy Test Strip (Urine) is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin in urine to aid in the early detection of pregnancy.
SUMMARY
Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a glycoprotein hormone produced by the developing placenta shortly after fertilization. In normal pregnancy, hCG can be detected in both urine and serum as early as 7 to 10 days after conception.1,2,3,4 hCG levels continue to rise very rapidly, frequently exceeding 100 mIU/ mL by the first missed menstrual period,2,3,4 and peaking in the 100,000-200,000 mIU/mL range about 10-12 weeks into pregnancy. The appearance of hCG in both urine and serum soon after conception, and its subsequent rapid rise in concentration during early gestational growth, make it an excellent marker for the early detection of pregnancy.
The hCG One Step Pregnancy Test Strip (Urine) is a rapid test that qualitatively detects the presence of hCG in urine specimen at the sensitivity of 25 mIU/mL. The test utilizes a combination of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies to selectively detect elevated levels of hCG in urine. At the level of claimed sensitivity, the hCG One Step Pregnancy Test Strip (Urine) shows no cross-reactivity interference from the structurally related glycoprotein hormones hFSH, hLH and hTSH at high physiological levels.
PRINCIPLE
The hCG One Step Pregnancy Test Strip (Urine) is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin in urine to aid in the early detection of pregnancy. The test uses two lines to indicate results. The test utilizes a combination of antibodies including a monoclonal hCG antibody to selectively detect elevated levels of hCG. The control line is composed of goat polyclonal antibodies and colloidal gold particles. The assay is conducted by immersing the test strip in a urine specimen and observing the formation of colored lines. The specimen migrates via capillary action along the membrane to react with the colored conjugate.
Positive specimens react with the specific antibody-hCG-colored conjugate to form a colored line at the test line region of the membrane. Absence of this colored line suggests a negative result. To serve as a procedural control, a colored line will always appear in the control line region indicating that proper volume of specimen has been added and membrane wicking has occurred.
REAGENTS
The test contains anti-hCG particles and anti-hCG coated on the membrane.
PRECAUTIONS
• For professional in vitro diagnostic use only. Do not use after the expiration date.
• The test should remain in the sealed pouch or closed canister until ready to use.
• All specimens should be considered potentially hazardous and handled in the same manner as an
infectious agent.
• The used test should be discarded according to local regulations.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
Store as packaged at room temperature or refrigerated (2-30°C). The test is stable through the expiration date printed on the sealed pouch or label of the closed canister. The test must remain in the sealed pouch or closed canister until use. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not use beyond the expiration date. NOTE: Once the canister has been opened, the remaining test(s) are stable for 90 days only.
SPECIMEN COLLECTION AND PREPARATION
Urine Assay
Aurine specimen must be collected in a clean and dry container.Afirst morning urine specimen is preferred since it generally contains the highest concentration of hCG; however, urine specimens collected at any time of the day may be used. Urine specimens exhibiting visible precipitates should be centrifuged, filtered, or allowed to settle to obtain a clear specimen for testing.
Specimen Storage
Urine specimens may be stored at 2-8°C for up to 48 hours prior to testing. For prolonged storage, specimens may be frozen and stored below -20°C. Frozen specimens should be thawed and mixed before testing.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Allow the test, urine specimen and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30°C) prior to testing.
1. Bring the pouch or canister to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test strip from the sealed pouch or closed canister and use it as soon as possible.
NOTE: For canister packaging, immediately close the canister tightly after removing the required number of the test strip(s). Record the initial opening date on the canister. Once the canister has been opened, the remaining test strip(s) are stable for 90 days only.
2. With arrows pointing toward the urine specimen, immerse the test strip vertically in the urine specimen for at least 10-15 seconds. Do not pass the maximum line (MAX) on the test strip when immersing the strip. See the illustration below.
3. Place the test strip on a non-absorbent flat surface, start the timer and wait for the colored line(s) to appear. Read the result at 3-4 minutes. Do not interpret results after the appropriate read time. It is important that the background is clear before the result is read.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
(Please refer to the illustration above)
POSITIVE:* Two distinct colored lines appear. One line should be in the control line region (C) and another line should be in the test line region (T).
*NOTE: Asample hCG concentration below the cut-off level of this test might result in a weak line appearing in the test region (T) after an extended period of time. A line in the test region (T) seen after the read time could be indicative of a low hCG level in the sample. If such results are seen, it is recommended that the test be repeated with a new sample in 48-72 hours or that an alternate confirmation method is used. NEGATIVE: One colored line appears in the control line region (C). No apparent colored line appears in the test line region (T).
INVALID: Control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques
are the most likely reasons for control line failure.
Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test. If the problem persists, discontinue using the test kit immediately and contact your local distributor.
QUALITY CONTROL
A procedural control is included in the test. A colored line appearing in the control line region (C) is considered an internal procedural control. It confirms sufficient specimen volume and correct procedural technique. A clear background is an internal negative procedural control. If a background color appears in the result window and interferes with the ability to read the test result, the result may be invalid.
It is recommended that a positive hCG control (containing 25-250 mIU/mL hCG) and a negative hCG control (containing “0” mIU/mL hCG) be evaluated to verify proper test performance when a new shipment of tests is received.
LIMITATIONS
1. The hCG One Step Pregnancy Test Strip (Urine) is a preliminary qualitative test, therefore, neither the quantitative value nor the rate of increase in hCG can be determined by this test.
2. Very dilute urine specimens, as indicated by a low specific gravity, may not contain representative levels of hCG. If pregnancy is still suspected, a first morning urine specimen should be collected 48 hours later and tested.
3. Very low levels of hCG (less than 50 mIU/mL) are present in urine specimens shortly after implantation. However, because a significant number of first trimester pregnancies terminate for natural reasons,5 a test result that is weakly positive should be confirmed by retesting with a first morning urine specimen collected 48 hours later.
4. This test reliably detects intact hCG up to 500,000 mIU/mL. It does not reliably detect hCG degradation products, including free-beta hCG and beta core fragments. Quantitative assays used to detect hCG may detect hCG degradation products and therefore may disagree with the results of this rapid test.
5. This test may produce false positive results. A number of conditions other than pregnancy, including trophoblastic disease and certain nontrophoblastic neoplasms including testicular tumors, prostate cancer, breast cancer, and lung cancer, cause elevated levels of hCG.6,7 Therefore, the presence of hCG in urine should not be used to diagnose pregnancy unless these conditions have been ruled out.
6. This test may produce false negative results. False negative results may occur when the levels of hCG are below the sensitivity level of the test. When pregnancy is still suspected, a first morning urine specimen should be collected 48 hours later and tested. In case pregnancy is suspected and the test continues to produce negative results, see a physician for further diagnosis.
7. This test provides a presumptive diagnosis for pregnancy. A confirmed pregnancy diagnosis should only be made by a physician after all clinical and laboratory findings have been evaluated.
EXPECTED VALUES
Negative results are expected in healthy non-pregnant women and healthy men. Healthy pregnant women have hCG present in their urine and serum specimens. The amount of hCG will vary greatly with gestational age and between individuals. The hCG One Step Pregnancy Test Strip (Urine) has a sensitivity of 25 mIU/mL, and is capable of detecting pregnancy as early as 1 day after the first missed menses.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
Accuracy
A multi-center clinical evaluation was conducted comparing the results obtained using the hCG One Step Pregnancy Test Strip (Urine) to another commercially available urine membrane hCG test. The study included 150 urine specimens, and both assays identified 72 negative and 78 positive results. The results demonstrated >99% overall accuracy of the hCG One Step Pregnancy Test Strip (Urine) when compared to the other urine membrane hCG test.

Sensitivity and Specificity
The hCG One Step Pregnancy Test Strip (Urine) detects hCG at a concentration of 25 mIU/mL or greater. The test has been standardized to the W.H.O. International Standard. The addition of LH (300 mIU/mL), FSH (1,000 mIU/mL), and TSH (1,000 μIU/mL) to negative (0 mIU/mL hCG) and positive (25 mIU/mL hCG) specimens showed no cross-reactivity.
Interfering Substances
The following potentially interfering substances were added to hCG negative and positive specimens.
None of the substances at the concentration tested interfered in the assay.

PRINCIPIO

I risultati del test si basano sulla comparsa di due linee colorate. I campioni positivi reagiscono facendo comparire una linea colorata nello spazio del test (T) dove sono stati posti gli anticorpi hCG. L'assenza di questa linea colorata equivale ad un risultato negativo. La procedura di controllo automatico prevede che compaia una linea colorata nello spazio di controllo (C), ad indicare che la quantità del campione applicato è sufficiente e che è stata assorbita dalla membrana.
REAGENTI
Particelle anti-hCG sono presenti nel test e sul rivestimento della membrana.
PRECAUZIONI
• Unicamente per uso diagnostico professionale in vitro. Non utilizzare dopo la data della scadenza.
• Conservare il test in confezione sigillata o nel contenitore ermetico fino al momento dell'utilizzo.
• Tutti i campioni devono essere considerati potenzialmente pericolosi e dunque maneggiati come
se fossero infetti.
• Dopo l'uso, gettare il test rispettando le normative locali sulla gestione dei rifiuti.
CONSERVAZIONE E STABILITA'
Conservare in confezione integra a temperatura ambiente ovvero in ambiente refrigerato (vale a dire tra i 2 e i 30°C). Il test rimane stabile fino alla data di scadenza che si trova stampata sulla confezione o sull'etichetta del contenitore ermetico. Conservare il test in confezione sigillata ovvero nel contenitore chiuso fino al momento dell'utilizzo. NON CONGELARE. Non utilizzare dopo la data della scadenza. NOTA: Una volta aperto il contenitore ermetico, il/i test rimanente/i si mantengono stabili per 90 giorni e non oltre.
RACCOLTA E PREPARAZIONE DEL CAMPIONE
Campione di Urina
Il campione di urina deve essere raccolto in un contenitore asciutto e pulito. È preferibile raccogliere la prima urina del mattino in quanto generalmente contiene la più alta concentrazione di hCG, sebbene siano utilizzabili campioni raccolti in qualsiasi momento della giornata. I campioni di urina che presentano precipitati visibili a occhio nudo devono essere centrifugati, filtrati, o lasciati sedimentare per ottenere un campione chiaro ai fini del test.
Conservazione del Campione
I campioni possono essere conservati tra i 2° e gli 8°C fino a 48 ore prima di eseguire il test. Per una conservazione prolungata, i campioni possono essere congelati e poi conservati sotto i -20°C. I campioni congelati, dovranno essere scongelati e mescolati prima di eseguire il test.

ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO
Portare la striscia reattiva e il campione d'urina a temperatura ambiente (15-30°C) prima di iniziare il test.
1. Portare l'involucro o il contenitore del kit a temperatura ambiente prima di aprirli. Estrarre la striscia reattiva dall'involucro sigillato o dal contenitore ermetico non prima di doverla utilizzare.
NOTA: Nel caso di contenitori multipli, chiudere subito il contenitore ermeticamente dopo aver estratto il numero necessario di strisce reattive. Riportare sul contenitore la data in cui viene aperto la prima volta. Una volta aperto il contenitore, i test rimanenti si mantengono stabili per 90 giorni e non oltre.
2. Immergere verticalmente la striscia reattiva nell'urina con le frecce rivolte verso il campione per almeno 10-15 secondi. Non immergere la striscia reattiva oltre il livello massimo (MAX) - vedi figura sotto.
3. Posizionare la striscia reattiva sopra una superficie non assorbente, attivare il timer ed attendere che compaiano la/e linea/e colorata/e. Il risultato sarà visibile dopo 3-4 minuti. Non considerare i risultati che si rivelano dopo questo lasso di tempo. È importante che lo sfondo sia chiaro, prima di leggere i risultati.
INTERPRETAZIONE DEI RISULTATI

POSITIVO:* Compaiono due linee colorate. Una linea compare nello spazio di controllo (C) ed un'altra linea nello spazio reattivo del test (T).
*NOTA: Se il campione contiene una concentrazione di hCG inferiore al valore soglia previsto dal test, potrebbe apparire una linea chiara nello spazio reattivo del test (T) dopo un periodo più lungo. Se compare una linea nello spazio reattivo del test (T) dopo il tempo di lettura, potrebbe indicare un livello troppo basso di hCG nel campione. In questi casi, si raccomanda di ripetere il test con un nuovo campione dopo 48-72 ore, oppure di cercare conferma effettuando un testo con un metodo alternativo. NEGATIVO: Compare una linea colorata nello spazio di controllo (C). Non compaiono linee colorate nello spazio reattivo del test (T).
NON VALIDO: Non compare alcuna linea nello spazio di controllo. Volume campione insufficiente o procedura scorretta sono le ragioni principali per cui un test potrebbe fallire. Rivedere la procedura e ripetere il test con una nuova striscia. Se il problema persiste, interrompere immediatamente l'utilizzo del kit e contattare il distributore locale.
CONTROLLO QUALITA'
Nel test è compreso un controllo automatico. La linea colorata che compare nello spazio di controllo (C) è considerata una procedura di controllo interna. Conferma che il volume del campione è sufficiente e che la procedura è stata eseguita correttamente. Se lo sfondo non si colora, il controllo procedurale automatico è negativo. Se sullo sfondo dello spazio del risultato dovesse apparire un colore che interferisce con la lettura del risultato del test, questo potrebbe essere invalido.
Si raccomanda di eseguire la valutazione di un campione positivo (contenente 25-250 mlU/mL di hCG) e di un campione negativo (contenente "0" mlU/mL di hCG) al fine di verificare l'adeguato funzionamento del test ogni qualvolta se ne riceva una nuova fornitura.
LIMITAZIONI
1. Il Test di Gravidanza hCG One Step (Urina) è un test qualitativo preliminare: vale a dire che non determina né la quantità né l'indice di aumento dell'hCG.
2. Campioni di urina troppo diluiti, ossia che riportano un basso peso specifico, potrebbero non contenere livelli di hCG significativi. Se rimane il dubbio di una gravidanza, è necessario raccogliere un campione della prima urina del mattino 48 ore dopo ed eseguire nuovamente il test.
3. Poco dopo l'installazione dell'embrione sulla parete uterina, nell'urina sono presenti livelli molto bassi di hCG (meno di 50 mlU/mL). Tuttavia, dato l'elevato numero di gravidanze interrotte durante il primo trimestre per cause naturali, è meglio confermare ogni risultato debolmente positivo, eseguendo nuovamente il test raccogliendo un campione della prima urina del mattino a distanza di 48 ore.
4. Il test rileva in modo affidabile valori di hCG intatti fino a 500.000 mlU/mL. Non rileva in modo affidabile prodotti di degradazione dell'hCG, compreso il free-beta hCG e frammenti molecolari. Analisi quantitative utilizzate per la misurazione dell'hCG potrebbero comprendere nel calcolo anche i prodotti di degradazione dell'hCG, discordando così con i risultati di questo test rapido.
5. Questo test potrebbe produrre risultati falsi positivi. Numerose condizioni, oltre allo stato di gravidanza, comprese malattie trofoblastiche, neoplasie non trofoblastiche tra cui tumore ai testicoli, cancro alla prostata, cancro al seno e ai polmoni, possono innalzare i livelli di hCG. 6,7La presenza di hCG nell'urina non deve dunque essere considerata come diagnosi matematica di gravidanza, a meno che tutte queste condizioni siano state escluse.
6. Questo test potrebbe produrre risultati falsi negativi. Risultati falsi negativi possono verificarsi nei casi in cui il livello di hCG sia inferiore al livello di sensibilità del test. Se rimane il dubbio di una gravidanza, è necessario raccogliere un campione della prima urina del mattino 48 ore dopo ed eseguire nuovamente il test. Nel caso in cui rimanga il sospetto di una gravidanza mentre il test continua a dare un risultato negativo, consultare un medico per un'ulteriore diagnosi.
7. Questo test fornisce una diagnosi presunta di gravidanza. Una diagnosi di gravidanza conclamata può essere effettuata solo da un medico in seguito alla valutazione di tutti i risultati clinici e di laboratorio.
VALORI ATTESI
Si prevede un risultato negativo in soggetti donna sana e non gravida, nonché uomo sano. Nei campioni di urina e siero presentati da donne sane in stato di gravidanza verrà rilevato l'ormone hCG. Il quantitativo di ormone hCG può variare significativamente in base all'età gestazionale e alle caratteristiche soggettive. Il Test di Gravidanza hCG One Step (Urina) ha una sensibilità di 25 mlU/mL ed è in grado di rilevare lo stato di gravidanza già dopo il primo giorno di amenorrea.
CARATTERISTICHE
Precisione
È stata condotta una valutazione clinica in diverse strutture ospedaliere per confrontare i risultati ottenuti utilizzando il Test di Gravidanza hCG One Step (Urina) con un altro test a membrana hCG disponibile in commercio. Lo studio comprendeva 150 campioni di urina ed entrambi i test hanno rilevato 72 risultati negativi e 78 risultati positivi. I risultati hanno dimostrato una precisione complessiva superiore al 99% del Test di Gravidanza hCG One Step Strip (Urina) a confronto con altri test a membrana hCG.

Sensibilità e Specificità
Il Test di Gravidanza hCG One Step (Urine) rileva la presenza di hCG ad una concentrazione di 25 mlU/mL o superiore. Il test è conforme alle Normative Internazionali dell'O.M.S. (Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità). L'aggiunta di LH (300 mlU/mL), FSH (1.000 mlU/mL) e TSH (1.000 μIU/mL) a campioni negativi (0 mlU/mL hCG) e positivi (25 mlU/mL hCG) non ha mostrato reazioni crociate.
