Source text - English WHEREAS, Company manufactures and markets numerous products in several health-and-beauty aids and cosmeceutical categories, each under its individual brand name, including those specifically identified on APPENDIX A attached hereto (the “Goods”); and
WHEREAS, the Distributor desires to import, sell, distribute and market the Goods supplied by Company and Company desires to so provide Distributor with the Goods under and pursuant to the following terms and conditions.
