1.1 Descripción del Requerimiento:
El propósito de esta interfase es exportar datos de Front End, Wesyr o Ginco o cualquier otro sistema de despacho hacia el sistema SAP R/3 para cada despacho o una devolución que sea ejecutado en Front End, Wesyr o Ginco, por lo cual SAP recibirá los datos y con esta información creará una remisión o una nota de devolución en SAP.
La interfase consta de dos partes principales: la replicación de datos y la integración. La replicación de datos se ejecuta por medio del IPC y la integración consiste en recibir los datos en SAP (por medio de IDOCs) y de procesar las transacciones o funciones necesarias para al final crear los documentos transaccionales.
Al momento de integrar en SAP la información del despacho o la devolución debe generar la información en los archivos correspondientes de SAP, tal como si se tratara de un despacho o una devolución realizadas directamente en SAP. Es importante señalar que la idea es que los documentos en SAP se deben crear como si hubieran sido creados en línea. Las validaciones necesarias para crear las remisiones, facturarlas y calcular el flete pagable deben residir en SAP.
1.2 Premisas
· If a remittance from the dispatch system arrives with products from different sectors, the program can combine them in the same order if they share the same sales organization and company, and must have the logic to choose the proper sales area.
· A remittance from the dispatch system will have an equivalent in SAP, with a one to one correspondence. All the materials and additional charges of the remittance created in the dispatch system will be included in the SAP delivery document.
· However, the orders created in Ginco will not have a one to one equivalent in SAP, for there can be one or more SAP orders for each of Ginco’s, depending on the materials (and the companies that sell them) included in the Ginco order.
· When the process signals an error and after corrections have been made (e.g. a missing number), the process must restart from the operation where the error was found.

Die Integration besteht im Empfang der Daten auf SAP (mittels IDOCs) und der Verarbeitung von Vorgängen oder Funktionen, welche für die letztendliche Erstellung der Transaktionspapiere erforderlich sind.
Bei Integration in das SAP-System müssen Versand- oder Rückgabeinformationen die diesbezügliche Information in den entsprechenden SAP-Archiven generieren, als ob der Versand oder die Rückgabe direkt in SAP ausgeführt worden wären. Wir verweisen ganz besonders auf die grundlegende Idee, dass die Dokumente sich in SAP selbsttätig so generieren sollen, als ob sie online erstellt worden wären. Die zur Erstellung von Lieferungen, deren Fakturierung und Berechnung der Frachtgebühr notwendigen Berechtigungen sind in SAP zu hinterlegen.
Fester Bestandteil dieser Schnittstelle wird ein Bildschirm (oder Berichtsfunktion) sein, wo verarbeitete, nicht verarbeitete und fehlerhafte Register eingesehen werden können. Sollte die Integration der Versand- oder Rückgabeinformation in SAP fehlschlagen, müssen die Gründe für den Fehlschlag angezeigt werden. Cet interface sert à exporter des données à partir de Front End, Wesyr ou Ginco ou tout autre système d’expédition vers le système SAP R/3 en cas de n’importe quelle opération d’expédition ou de retour exécutée en Front End, Wesyr ou Ginco. Les données seront remises au système SAP, qui, en se basant sur ces informations, y créera soit un avis d’expédition, soit un avis de retour.
L’interface est constitué par deux composantes principales : la réplication et l’intégration de données. I'm of Swiss decent with a French mother. I first had a 3-years training at Commercial School in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. I then did my studies at Interpreters School in Zurich (French, Englisch, Italian, Spanish). I then worked with a company specializing in food in Lenzburg (near Zurich) as a management assistant and translator. In 1989 I moved to Geneva were I worked in many different fields (tourism, insurance, mechanical engineering, cardio-vascular surgery).
In 1999 I moved to Freiburg (Germany) where I have been working as freelance translator since.
I like to work hard, I'm never ill-humoured (well, hardly ever). Most of the time I'm optimistic. I'm flexible and able to cope with express orders.
I also propose pre-editing and post-editing together with machine translation.
