Source text - English Regardless the incentives designed and implemented for prompting private stakeholders to remain actively involved in eStore activities, the main difficulty is the assurance of the target groups with necessary means in order that the eStore services are fully available. We have analysed this issue during our first deliverable and assessed that the e-readiness of the target groups is very low, meaning that signifficant investments need to be done in order to increase their readiness for e-business solutions.

Source text - Romanian Incepand cu anul 2002, in Romania se constata imbunatatire a indicatorilor macroeconomici de tara. Cresterea valorilor indicatorilor a fost anuala, astfel incat perspectivele economice pana in 2007 sunt pozitive. Se apreciaza insa ca pot exista si riscuri care tin de supraincalzirea economica si de deficitul balantei externe.
Ratingul acordat de agentia de evaluare financiara Moody este BA1, cu perspectiva pozitiva, ratingul Standard & Poor pentru Romania este BB+, cu perspectiva pozitiva, iar cel al agentiei de evaluare financiara Fitch este BBB-, perspectiva fiind stabila.
Translation - English Starting with 2002, in Romania it has been noted that country macroeconomic indicators have improved. Indicator values have boosted an annual growth, thus economic perspectives up to 2007 are positive. However, it is estimated that there may also exist risks related to economic overheating and to the foreign debt deficit.
The rating granted by the Moody financial assessment agency is BA1, with positive perspective, the Standard & Poor rating for Romania is BB+, with positive perspective, and that of the Fitch financial assessment agency is BBB-, with a stable perspective.

·To relive acute pain (not chronic pain or continuing undiagnosed pain) with palliative measures.
·To identify the source of patient’s pain, extent of trauma, or source of infection (diagnostic services).
·To determine the extent of dental emergency via examination.
Translation - Romanian Tratamentul de urgenţă este definit ca servicii stomatologice:
·pentru tratarea sau ţinerea sub control a infecţiilor acute.
·pentru tratarea traumatismelor dentare şi/sau a structurilor de susţinere. Următoarele sunt considerate leziuni sau traumatisme dentare: ruperea smalţului, fractura coroanei, luxaţie, avulsie sau fractură a procesului alveolar (mandibulă sau maxilar).
