Welfare Institution

Falaahi = Welfare
Idara = Institution

There is little difference between the terms 'Charity' and 'Welfare'.

Like we say Mahakma Bara-e Samaji Falah wa Behbood i.e. Department of Social Welfare. Sorry if my dictionary is wrong(:

As I said, even \'Charity Organisation\' is justifiable.

With reference to the comments given by Azure and Asghar, I may agree with Azure for Organisation just because this is one of the mostly used terms but if we go by Department = Institution = Office, these are different.

We should also keep in mind that few clients get back translation to see if the script was translated correctly for e.g. if we translate Mahakma as Tanzeem, the back translator will translate Tanzeem as Organisation. He will not translate it as Department whereas it should be Department. This may lead to a controversy because the back translator will be 100% right in my opinion.

Few dictionaries differ on such terms like:

Institution: Idara
Department: Mahakma (sometimes Sho\'ba is better)
Organisation: Tanzeem

Another example I can give is the same above \"Department of Social Welfare\". When Mahakma and Sho\'ba is used for Department by most of the translators, and specially in legal terms, we should not try to translate it as Office (Daftar). And both the above examples have something to do here.. However, sometimes it widely depends on context but when the question is of Law/Patents nature, I would still stick to Welfare Institution.

Welfare Organization.

I would still use Organization here, because that is most commonly used for such groups
Peer comment(s):

neutral Naseeruddin (X) : Though your answer is justifiable but I would like to ask if Falaahi is 'Charity' then what would we call "Khairati"? BTW, Organisation is Tanzeem. How about Institution?
