It woud be better if you had given sentence where you wanted to use this.

In Urdu language you can say"ghantee kee halkee avaaz".

Accessories

In accordance with my understanding it is not an Urdu word. It is used in Hindko, a language derived from Urdu and it means accessories. Actual pronunciation is "Tang Tung"
