"don't worry about it"

That's what the whole phrase translates as. I can't think of a situation in which the word "bale" is used just by itself.

It's most often used in the above phrase though.

The Tagalog word bale has its origin in the Spanish word "vale" (infinitive verb form is valer) meaning "ok, all right, worth it).
