Overtime differential
The abbreviation OB is usually found in payslips as "OB Tillägg", which lists the earnings made under a higher rate due to uncomfortable hours. This usually occurs after 6pm (to 6am) but is also encompassing the larger weekends and designated holidays.

Shift differential
I used to get this, and at least in the U.S. it's called "shift differential," according to people I know here who work in the same type of job I did (urban transit).
I don't like "overtime differential" because this is not really a payment for overtime; it is strictly for uncomfortable/inconvenient working hours, usually overnight. Glenn's explanation is good, but I don't agree with his translation here.
