More interesting reading At http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/what-does-executor-do... You can compare what the people in your text are doing.

Don't find 'estate notice manager'

That one about 'boingivare' is another story altogether -- only 5 hits on google of which 2 are from ProZ (one in french). Here is a link with interesting reading, but no real answer to what the Swe word is for (http://www.jo.se/Page.aspx?MenuId=106&MainMenuId=106&Languag... really isn't a corresponding 'second' person in estates, I'd say.

estate notice manager

The thing is very clear. When someone dies the specification or notice of the estate must be filled in. It is done normally by a person who knows the estate well and need not to be the beneficiary, etc.

(usually lay) presenter of the estate inventory

second-stage 'outwards' to the professionals, namely the PRs = testamentary executors or (intestate) administrators, as all of them are called in the UK. I'm unsure of DAG001's conflation of the two sets of individuals.
Example sentence:

The estate inventory is drawn up by two officials (förrdätningsmän), according to the particulars given by a person (bouppgivare) who can give sufficient info. about the estate e.g. the spouse.
