I considered the disconnecting circuit breaker for this without looking deeply into the difference in function, but the ABB link (and several others) does have "Double Circuit Breaker (DCB)" and describes it having a function. So I suggested this as a starting point! tvåbrytarställverk is used by SVK in some of their documents -- Are these what you are working on Charles?
