@ francef31 I understand your concern, for some reason in English it is very common to call it diabulimia. see the below explanation, it is exactly the same explanation provided by The Lingua Crew for diaborexia. If you do a search of diaborexia it gives mostly pages in Spanish and I think you can find a total of 2 references in English, but if you do a asearch for diabulimia you'll see the difference :-)
Diabulimia (a portmanteau of diabetes and bulimia) refers to an eating disorder in which people with Type 1 diabetes deliberately give themselves less insulin than they need, for the purpose of weight loss

It's the same word in English and in Spanish.
Diaborexia: diabetes + anorexia. It is an eating disorder in people with Type I diabetes, mostly adolescents, who stop using insuline in order to lose weight.
