Spanish term

Documento E.

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general)
This appears on a report entitled "Certificación de Datos en la Base de Datos de Usuarios del Sistema Sanitario Público Andaluz" under the heading "Datos Identificativos" and has a 19 digit number following it. Can't think what the E. could stand for.

"Fecha Nacimiento", "Documento de Identificación", "NUSS", "NAF" and "NUHSA" also fall under the same heading, each with their own numbers following, if that helps.

I think I've found it - it appears to be an EHIC card number.

It doesn't look like it:

"Documento E.: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"

Isn't it just part of the document reference number?
