Debemos comprobar la tensión en las bornas TELE del teléfono. Comprueba que la tensión entre estas bornas es superior a 32VDC. Si el teléfono está conectado a una centralita, es posible que aunque sólo exista un teléfono conectado a la línea el voltaje sea inferior a 32VDC. En este caso y sólo en este caso, podemos usar el jumper DC para poder funcionar en el rango de 20 VDC a 31 VDC.
Si el voltaje es inferior a 20 VDC o existe más de un teléfono conectado a la línea, es necesario conectar la batería reglamentaria a cada uno de los teléfonos.
