Entered / logged / registered in the Diary under number XX

Local expression (in my opinion improper, since it doesn´t appear in the RAE dictionary), meaning that the edict (legal citation) has been registered, logged or entered into the corresponding registry.

dated

I could use some more context. The answer is really a best guess based on the fact that a stamp or "seal" on an official document would be dated (I'm also a notary public). I also searched Google and saw the term "un sello húmedo y diarizado" to be placed on official Venezuelan documents. Hope this helps.
