Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Wills and inheritance

This appears at the end of an incredibly long-winded and horribly written deed by a notary!
I understand what it means but struggle to express it well.

ASÍ LO DICEN Y OTORGAN
LOS COMPARECIENTES, a quienes hago de palabra las reservas y advertencias legales y en particular las fiscales -afección de bienes, autoliquidación, plazos y sanciones -, y la de la Ley de Tasas y Precios Públicos, así como las relativas al impuesto sobre el incremento del valor de los terrenos de naturaleza urbana. ------------------------
