Discussion

AllegroTrans Jul 28, 2016:
OK thanks but can you be more specific? Is your document the court order? To whom is it directed? Or is it some other document?
Reed James (asker) Jul 28, 2016:
Guatemalan Custody Suit In this suit, there is a mother who keeps taking her son out of Guatemala without the father's consent. The main goal is for the father to see his son again and have the judge issue an order to keep him in the country.
AllegroTrans Jul 28, 2016:
@ Phil There are a few things it could mean (hence my low C/L). It would be helpful if the asker could try to post more context about this document, e.g. exactly what type of court document it is and who it is directed to.
philgoddard Jul 28, 2016:
Could it mean "for court use only"?
Reed James (asker) Jul 27, 2016:
Arraigo as in not letting a child leave the country

Primer juzgado de primera instancia
AllegroTrans Jul 27, 2016:
In the right margin of what exactly? What kind of court order (criminal sentence, divorce, contract dispute.......) and from which court exectly?

Court Service Issue Section/Introductory Section

Very little context given, so low CL
Sounds like it might be the section of the Court which issues the proceedings.
Might also be the "introductory section" of a plaeding etc.
We don't really have sufficient context.

Introductory section Judicial System

Are you Trying to translate this or what you put in the Discussions section. As it is completely differrent.

"Seccion de Introduccion Organismo Judicial" sounds like a report of some sort

"Primer Juzgados de Primera Instancia" is Court of First Instance.

I feel the same as Allegro, very little information to correctly translate this and keep it in context, more information please.

But hope it helps anyway.
Example sentence:

In the introduction you will find an explanation of the Judicial System

In the Court of First Instance, the case between the Appellant and the Respondant (English terms for parties of a civil case) Mr X and Mrs Y was heard
