@Adrian MM. Thank you Adrian! It is really clear :)
Adrian MM. (X) May 28, 2016:
joinder of parties vs. of actions https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joinder

Joinder of parties: by the defendant as third-party defendants - or 'added' as a co-defendant by the plaintiff/claimant - and if the judgment is to be made binding on all them, putatively embroiled somehow in the same suit

Jonder of action: similar or related lawsuits are added together and heard in one go to save aggro, duplication, time and expense and for a consistent outcome or rap on the fingers.

Otherwise, read up Internet explanations.

After a lot of research, I'm tending to think it is "joinder of parties"..., but I could not exactly relate acumulación objetiva with joinder of claims/actions and acumulación subjetiva with joinder of parties... Is anyone able to explain it to me?

Thanks - for agreeing de novo with BillH's answer.
agree AllegroTrans : such a lovely word is "joinder" - I once had the rare pleasure of playing it in Scrabble and using up all my letters, only to receive immediate cries of "that isn't a word"...
