Would it be best to render "único" as "solely" or perhaps just "one" here where it's followed by a colon? There is one entry in the glossary which suggests "one", but I'm wondering if this is formal enough/the best translation in the following context.
"Considerando que la documentación presentada se ajusta a las disposiciones legales aplicables, atentamente solicito:
ÚNICO: Tenerse por presentado este aviso en tiempo y forma legales."
