Otra duda con Order of Temporary Custody= Orden de custodia temporal ¿con o sin mayúsculas en español? en el siguiente contexto:

You have the right to a court hearing and to be present at that hearing. You also have the right to a court-appointed attorney if you cannot afford one. An "Order of Temporary Custody" will probably be granted first.

Joseph, Thank you...Yes I was asking about the capitalization. Order of Temporary Custody is actually in the original language. Sorry, everyone! I guess it wouldn't have been so confusing if I didn't choose Spanish to English pair.

I'm confused about what kind of help you're asking for here. From which language to which language? If you're asking only about capitalization - I don't think that the Spanish version would be capitalized.

Sorry I didn't know how to ask this question for Spanish combination or grammar rules. Si observan el término va seguido por la pregunta de las mayúsculas en castellano. "Order of Temporary Custody" en inglés es el original y "orden de custodia temporal" es la traducción. Gracias por participar :-)

agree Joseph Tein : I like the directness of 'temporary custody order' - although you may find some court system choosing the more cumbersome 'Order of Temporary Custody' to try to make something appear more official. I can't tell if this answers LCK's question.

En inglés yo lo usaría así, porque es un punto muy importante y el inglés acepta la mayúscula de las tres palabras. Espero te sirva.

Orden de custodia temporal, esa sería la regla en español, pero hay clientes que prefieren mantener las mayúsculas como en inglés, en especial si no es para una agencia. Eso es lo que me sucede a mí, pero la regla sería como te dije antes.

Me parece que es de la misma forma pero aclarando que necesitas saber una regla y que no necesitas la tradu, sino como usar may. o los signos.
