Es un poder general. Esta frase aparece al mencionarse la facultad que se otorga al mandatario para enajenar los bienes del mandante:
"... enajenar los bienes (...) que forman parte del patrimonio del mandante, (...), percibir su importe con la obligación de RENDIR CUENTA DOCUMENTADA de sus GESTIONES al mandante"

Estoy por el lado de "obligation to render account" pero no encuentro la forma de combinarlo con la parte de "documentada". Y también estoy trabada con la palabra "gestiones" en este caso, si bien hay muchas sugerencias en KudoZ; "activities", "transactions"?

Agradezco vuestras sugerencias...
