Tom West's dictionary has the following comment:
Note that the English term "deed" means a document by which real property is transferred.
Javier Becerra's dictionary has the following comment:
An instrument containing a legal transaction which is certified by a notary public and recorded in his or her notarial record book.
Combining the above comments should provide the necessary basis for the semantic concept of this term.
