: Sergio, if at all it should be 'flawless' - the word 'flawness' is an invention not to be found in Webster's, Collins, etc. (even though it gets 36 pages in Google). And flawlessness is probably not meant here...

You're absolutely correct. "Liver spots" and "Age spots" are just two commonly-used terms for manifestations of hyperpigmentation. I guess here the context demanded something else.
