Slight variation on Luis JQ's answer: the bank customer - who obviously in this case needs a lesson in how to write intelligible Spanish - need not, as the drawer, certify that s/he has enough money on the account for the *bank* to hono(u)r the check (cheque). So no one else, on (bouncing) protest of the bill of exchange in point, has to accept the check for hono(u)r.
