Spanish term

normalista

Spanish to English Other Education / Pedagogy high school diplomas
From a Colombian form:
"Entidad que le otorgó el titulo de bachiller/normalista"

If bachiller translates approximately as high school diploma, what about 'normalista' - I think it is an inferior certificate indicating completion of high school whatever the grades (but I may be wrong). I'm aware this term has already been discussed, but the answers given couldn't help me because they referred to the use of the term in other countries, and the contrast with 'bachiller' was not made.
