¿Cómo usarías tu frase? Todo depende del contexto, pero si dices por ejemplo:

\"Me gusta este cuarto por estar limpio\" una de las posibles traducciones sería:

\"I like this room because it\'s clean\"

Siempre es recomendable dar algo de contexto, de lo contrario todos estamos adivinando.
