Pincho = tapa = aperitivo in Spanish usage, but remember, this is not what is sold as a tapa in "Tapas Bars" in the UK, where they give you what we would call a rather meagre (but pricey) ración in Castilla y León.

As for 'pincho' or 'tapa' it is just a snack portion of whatever...
