Muros macizos

I would like to translate this term as "retaining wall", but the term "muros de retención" also appears in this document, so a distinction must be made with the translation of "Muros macizos".

CONTEXT:

"Los construidos de piedra, tabique, blok de concreto, concreto armado, pudiendo existir secciones de vidrio blok o cualquier igualmente resistente."

They certainly look, but do not function as retaining walls.

Anything prettier than "solid/sound walls"?

Thanks for any suggestions.

masonry walls

Masonry and "solid" are equivalents here anyway.

"muro de retención (contención)" is "retaining wall", but that refers to a function, not the type of construction.
