The heading of a business contract from south America. I'm unsure because 'convenio' and 'delegación' would both seem to mean 'agreement' in this context, also because 'special agreement' doesn't sound like language appropriate to the context.

From my viewpoint living in South America, "convenio" is an agreement, and "delegación" is the delegation, assignment, or authorising of some activity; it could also be a special delegated group, depending on the context.

Off the top of my head. It sounds like they're "delegating" (= outsourcing) some activities to an agent or similar.

So, would 'Special delegation agreement' be appropriate, or 'special delegate agreement', or is 'special' not used in the same way in English?
