This is a guess, but the only thing that makes sense to me along w/the other entry headings you mention in a software program about invoicing and ordering for UK audience.
The reference link seems to be on subject and one thing they mention is retention for IVA, so that's what I'm basing on. Hopefully it's at least a starting point.

Just noticed that link is a Colombian accounting/business website. Don't think it makes any difference but just in case...
