La tecnología de siembra en líneas a cola de buey, consiste en abrir el surco o línea de siembra con el arado de palo, jalado por la yunta, seguido de la distribución de la semilla a “chorro continuo”.

furrow Looking at a source on line, it is literally about following an ox-drawn plough. The most neutral term might be 'furrow sowing' which does not address the technology but gets the seed to the same place - the bottom of the furrow:

agree Muriel Vasconcellos : Yes, but consider simply "sowing with an oxen-drawn ridger." I think furrowing would be understood in this context.
