priehmatné (adj.) => prehmatať (verb) = to palpate
in Czech: prohmatné (adj.) => prohmatat (verb) = to palpate

that's it - the doctor just pokes around and sees if he/she can feel the liver, spleen, etc. I've got a huge pile of these medical reports on my desk and have been doing them for about 2 months now - I'm heartily sick of them!
