I need to emphasise the difference between "лекарственные средства" (medicinal products) and "лекарственные препараты" (drugs) in my context and I have the definition of "лекарственные средства", which clearly relates them to "medicinal products" (вещества или их комбинации, применяемые для профилактики, диагностики.... К лекарственным средствам относятся фармацевтические субстанции и лекарственные препараты). So the Somatic Cell Therapy Medicinal Products version is more suitable in my case.

@Naveen, that's a beautiful explanation about ATMP but we're dealing with лекарственные средства--medicine, drugs--it says so right there, not some substantially manipulated cells or tissues. I don't see the Russian "medicinal products" words anywhere.

ATMPs are ‘innovative, regenerative therapies which combine aspects of medicine, cell biology, science and engineering for the purpose of regenerating, repairing or replacing damaged tissues or cells’.

By definition "medicinal products" is a very broad term and the Russian term for which would have been used instead of the terms for "drugs"
