unscheduled face-to-face quadripartite meeting
I don't like "traditional" or "conventional" much, and perhaps they mean F2F. Not sure about "unscheduled" vs "special" - possibly "additional".

I\'m quite happy with \"four-party\" instead of \"quadripartite\", although \"tripartite\" is very common and \"quadripartite\" might be used to match it.
I\'m not happy with \"conventional\" because of the confusion with \"relating to a convention\" and because I don\'t know what a \"conventional meeting\" is. That\'s why I proposed F2F.
внеочередной means \"extra\", \"extraordinary\", \"special\", \"additional\", \"ad-hoc\", anything beyond the regular, planned meetings. I think \"unscheduled\" fits in to this range of meanings, but there is a wide choice of words.

OK - I\'ve got the point! традиционный внеочередной here means something like \"regular but not official\". As an example, \"We usually have a get-together after the official meeting\".
In this case, \"usual extra four-party meeting\". Quadripartite is too official.

Marina Aleyeva
: I think that "традиционная" simply means that the meeting was one of many similar meetings... not neccessarily face-to-face (although it clearly was)

Leah Aharoni
: unscheduled does not mean vneocherednaya, and F2F is irrelevant.

yet another/additional quadrilateral meeting
I agree with Marina that "traditsionnii" simply means one out of a series.
Something went wrong...
